On Saturday, Nov. 3rd, I had the pleasure of photographing Bridget and Tory on their wedding day in Lake Placid. The ceremony was in the St. Agnes Church, and the reception was at the Whiteface Lodge.

Early in the morning I went to the church and photographed some of the beautiful stained glass windows there. This one of St. John baptising Jesus I think is especially fitting for a wedding. In many ways I think that a wedding is like a baptism for the couple.

Bridget got her hair done by Amanda at the Hair Affair on Main Street. She always does such a great job. I think Bridget was just starting to get a little nervous here right after they put the veil on.

This is one of the Bride’s maids bouquets. The flowers were just beautiful.

The fathers look on as they begin the ceremony.

The cake was decorated with fall foiliage.

Tory was much more relaxed once they got to the reception.

The Clubhouse at the Whiteface Lodge has some great fireplaces.

It was pretty late by the time we got a few minutes to photograph Bridget and Tory alone. While we were getting set up, it finally hit Bridget that they were married!

With Bridget’s brother Patrick at the sound controls (He is a DJ at 105.5 FM in Saranac Lake) Everyone had a great time on the dance floor.
Todd,
Love the shots I can’t wait to see the rest.
It was great to work with you again.
Bridget and Tory are a class act and I am
happy you were on board. Your photos will make
great memories for years to come.
Thanks for a great job and my best to your lovely
wife, she was a great help.
Till next time,
Best regards,
